Solution

SimplifiedSolutions helped Affiliated Resource Group redefine online lead generation strategy by developing and a new robust 50-page website. With a focus on enhanced user experience and solutions-based messaging, key landing pages were created for

each new practice area and industry-specific solutions. Dynamic feeds were developed to serve up relevant case studies, news, and on-going webinar events on each page. Using a keyword strategy, the website was fully optimized to improve Affiliated’s search rankings and increase website traffic. Enhanced analytics and a set of CRM tools were also integrated into the website to track the user journey, measure conversion and capture data for use by the Affiliated sales team.  A enterprise level CMS system allows the client to create landing pages for specific offers for webinars and on-demand content , all tied to the CRM database. These offers are promoted via paid search and email marketing campaigns.

Results

Roothouse Inc. – The Rapid Deployment of a Multi-Storefront, Single Catalog E-Commerce Solution

Background

Roothouse Inc. is an e-commerce company that prides itself on quick deployment of niche websites driven off a single catalog. They selected SimplifiedSolutions to build their robust e-commerce stores from the ground up using the zNode platform. Roothouse recognized a tremendous opportunity to grow online sales and effectively interact with their customers in a new and more efficient way.

Calsport.com was the first site to launch, followed quickly by BlackboxPaintball.com and TailsandThings.com (an online pet products store).

Challenge

Roothouse expressed the importance of speed to market with 28,000 dropship products, and needed an ecommerce solution rapidly deployed for multiple websites – all of which were to be managed leveraging a single catalog and administrative panel. An interest was also expressed in tightly integrating social channels into their websites to enable seamless interaction with their brand and new customers in a variety of ways.

Solution

As a part of our process, SimplifiedSolutions collaborated with key stakeholders to plan and implement a Simplified Roadmap. The Roadmap included of functional and technical recommendations as well as strategic marketing tactics including social media

The Roadmap recommendations led to the successful launch of their robust, multi-storefront e-commerce solution built on the flexible zNode ecommerce platform. The Roadmap also resulted in the successful activation of their social media channels (using Facebook ‘like’ campaigns to create buzz and drive qualified traffic to their sites). Thousands of fans joined their pages in Facebook.

Specific functionality was used – like live chat, wishlists, email to a friend, share this, and peer reviews – to create a sense of community and facilitate interaction with their brand. From an architectural standpoint, this solution was developed to scale with future growth of stores as they continue to drive more customers to their websites and boost sales volume.

Results

Sales through all stores continue to multiply. The zNode platform enabled Simplified Solutions to rapidly roll out over 28,000 drop-ship products using a single catalog for three web stores over a 60-day timeframe. This ecommerce solution is a catalyst for sales growth for years to come, while their Facebook fan pages have quadrupled in participation since launch… and continues to grow weekly.

SimplifiedSolutions sets up and manages several Pay-per-click (PPC) programs for clients using Google Adwords, Microsoft Ad Center (Bing), or YouTube

Ten East Delaware is one of the premier new property developments in Chicago’s Gold Coast. We designed a Google Adwords campaign to optimize web traffic during the high volume spring selling season. The sponsored text ads average 600 new visits, or three times the normal traffic, and substantially increase calls to the sales center.

SimplifiedSolutions used Google Adwords and content ad programs to help The John Marshall Law School content ad programs to promote the the school’s advanced degree programs. The marketing program drove 3x the normal website traffic and increased applications by 30%.

Bridgeview Bank – Building Loyalty with Email Marketing

Background

Bridgeview Bank operates over 15 full-service banking facilities around the region and is actively involved in the communities they serve.

Challenge

To leverage a large database of 10,000 existing customers to promote new products, capture leads and build loyal relationships.

Solution

SimplifiedSolutions created a measurable email marketing program which used email names to communicate informative community news, financial advice, and promote offers and new services. Using best practices, the old database was cleaned up, verified for opt-in, and segmented by location, demographics and interests. In order to maximize click through rates, new templates were designed and implemented. Metrics were used to identify leads by link categories to aid in local sales efforts.

Results

The email marketing campaign grew the list by 17%, leveraging old names and adding new ones. The email open rate is well above industry standards, ringing in at an impressive 25%. Additionally, 25% of all clicks were linked to specific offers, allowing Bridgeway Bank to increase their new customer offers. At the end of the day, Bridgeview Bank now values each name in the database at more than $10K.

Simplifed Solutions – Custom Integration of QuickBooks and Ecommerce

Background

An e-commerce provider of personalized gifts for all occasions.

Challenge

To update the accounting system so the current system, QuickBooks, would be able to communicate with the e-commerce website, merging two databases into one. Through this process, the necessity of having to manually type 1,000+ daily sales into QuickBooks would be eliminated.

Solution

SimplifiedSolutions built a customized integration layer to streamline communications between QuickBooks and their e-commerce web application. Allowing any order that came through the website to automatically be recorded into QuickBooks.

Results

The entire process was automated, eliminating human error and allowing the company to assign the 2 full time employees who were updating the two databases to other jobs, resulting in cost savings. With the whole process streamlined, the numbers were more accurate, and there is now the power to access real time visibility in the accounting system, as they no longer have to wait until the orders are put into the system to access numbers.

To design a user-friendly website that is easy for students to use when signing up for or changing classes. Additionally, to launch a student center with the technology in place to keep client information completely secure, while still saving students’ payment profiles.

S Factor Website

Solution

SimplifiedSolutions created a customized ASP.Net based web application that included modules for signing up for class, updating profile information, integrating with the current back-end system so class waiting lists, payment transactions, referral program and class management.

Results

Clients have no idea they are using a sophisticated piece of technology to navigate the S Factor student center. Their registration and enrollment experience is as easy as filling out a form, which leaves S Factor with a very satisfied client base and a streamlined database of new clients.
